Is it safe for my team to use ChatGPT?
It depends on the plan and on what goes into it. Free and consumer AI tools usually don't come with the contracts and controls a business needs, and many won't sign a business associate agreement for patient data. We help you decide which tools are approved, for what, and set rules so sensitive data stays out.
Can you really see which AI tools my employees use?
Yes. With the right Microsoft 365 setup we can surface which AI apps your team is using, and warn or block sensitive information before it's pasted into them. Exactly what's possible depends on your licensing, and we confirm it in your assessment before recommending anything.
Is this employee spying?
No. The focus is protecting company and customer data, not watching individuals. We help you write a clear policy and tell staff what is monitored and why, which also keeps you on solid legal ground.
Does Microsoft Copilot make us safe?
